Pros
I wish there were any but none. The company will just provide you tea or coffee and nothing else.
Cons
Absolutely a disaster. No strategy, no transparency,no clear communication and not at all employee friendly. It is a bunch of non-professional individuals working like slaves and the company expects all people to do the same. Each task has to be completed at the end of the day,however impossible it may seem. There is no work life balance. The company expects you to work 24 hrs. The CEO and CTO clearly have no agenda or policy and clearly lack the knowledge to run a company.
