Pros
In general, people are very nice and give their best every day. Location is good, close to the bus station and the beltway. Good opportunities for collections employees or those with good phone skills who want to start a new career
Cons
The company is struggling financially and the outlook is not good. They tried to hire new people and bring new skills and ways to do things, mainly in non-collections positions, but the old mentality and way of doing things is pushing them out. Instead of getting rid of the old dead wood who treats everyone like garbage and who has been there forever, they push out the ones who were hired during the last two years with the intention of improving operations. The senior team is always behind closed doors, noone can even say who the CEO is. Communication does not exist, systems are falling apart and compliance is shaky. They do not seem to find their way out of their own mess.
