Pros
Free snacks, a few decent co-workers....
Cons
No training, no benefits, no room for growth, overwhelming workload. Want to become a property manager? Well, this is decidedly NOT the place to learn. Running on a wing and a prayer, and only concerned with the bottom line, it's a shock the place is still in business. They hire inexperienced folks so that they can pay drastically below the industry average, and they offer absolutely no benefits package. The management is incommunicative and incompetent; structure and training are non-existent. One day, you're working in admin, the next you're a property manager who is only advised to "ask questions." Additionally, there's a misogynistic boy's club mentality that makes the environment toxic, with racist and sexist jokes being told on a regular basis while work is ignored., This place has a MASSIVE turnover rate - property managers come and go on an almost monthly basis. It;s no wonder - the lack of training and professionalism, combined with the stress and drastically low pay, doesn't encourage anyone to stay. This is a wage-slave job that demands everything and offers almost nothing as a reward. Stay far away. You have been warned.
