      Good teams and they have solid benefits

      Cons

      Metrics were hard to meet. Was not friendly to working moms. Was interviewing for a promotion until the tea found out I was pregnant. Then the company I actively worked for ghosted. Nobody ever told me why I never got an answer. I was happy to improve and work harder.

      Pros

      Flexible when it comes to how to get the work done. While working remote you don't have to waste time driving to location. You have the ability to work at night to catch up on workload if needed.

      Cons

      The strong achievers may end up getting more workload.
