      Pros

      Decent pay, time off with pay is better than any other position that I have ever had. The past 5 years have been very difficult.

      Cons

      Not enough communication from upstairs. Do not feel the loyalty expected is returned. Seems like we are always waiting for the next negative communication.

      Pros

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Cons

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
