Supervisiors offer no help at all when u need them the most. They are too busy playing games on the internet or picking up there kids from school or going to run and pick up coffee. Asking for help is a sign of weekness,, it is your job to handle the phone call no matter how angry the called is. Your supervisor has no interest in you, so I if a customer makes u cry it is your business only or part of your job. if u share this info u are not acting fake and u will get a bad review, Health Care here is very expensive. There is no downtime time. Alstate believes in u staying busy. If u want to be a good employee here it's there way or the highway. If u just be quiet and do as u are told with no questions asked is the only way u are going survive here.
