Not as good as it used to be - Auto Claims Express Adjuster Allstate Employee Review

Not as great as it used to be. When I first started with the company (2017) they were very employee focused, it was all about keeping employees happy and healthy. Once covid hit, things went downhill and they don’t give a crap about their employees anymore, then wonder why their turn around rate is so high. The pay does not even come close to the amount of work were expected to do. Only reason I’m still with the company is the PTO, work from home life, and the fact that I’m tenured and know what I’m doing with the current position.
