      Pros

      There are none to speak of. I would never suggest anyone to this type of environament.

      Cons

      Other than a huge lack of professtional. No career advancement. Employees treated like 2nd class citizen.

      Only earn 6 percent on total premium sold. Don’t earn on renewals.

      Pros

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Cons

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
