      LDP at Allstate has a great reputation "LDP's" get placed in jobs that may not be available internally Have the option to relocate to a regional office for a year

      Ranking system for getting your 2nd and 3rd year rotation -- get a list of 40+ jobs to choose from. Rank your top 10.. hope you get a top choice.

      Pros

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Cons

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
