      Name brand and lots of marketing

      Cons

      I sold my agency to become an independent brokerage. Allstate sued me to prevent me from contacting my clients, which I NEVER did. They attempted to sue me for $1MM in an effort to force me our of insurance in Arizona - I was consistently in the top 3 producers in my AZ region.

      Great benefits, pto can be ok same day without manager approval so long as you have time & there's availability to take off

      Cons

      Goals constantly changing, which means commissions is always changing for the worse of course. You're not human there, call center environment from hell. I felt like a zombie
