Seemed like a good job, with good benefits.
Cons
Our office and management was great. To corporate, we were just another number. They laid off most of claims staff in Northern Ca. via one-directional conference call (only corporate could speak). Many of those laid off have been with Allstate for many years. Outsourcing all calls to phone centers out of state - no more personal service.
