Pros
This company gets that taking care of employees makes the company run better. It invests in its employees and truly embraces wellness as a way of life. Almost all the employees are almost smart and engaged.
Cons
Pay and benefits are average or below average, though there is an effort to bring up to par. More recently there is a tendancy for more process and micro managing, but I am hoping that is jsut a stage.
