Pros
Not much! Quick hire/start without interview. Work schedule changes weekly and can call out anytime.
Cons
Company heads (owner/supervisors) lie, scam and cheat you out of your money. Lie about rate pay (& bonus) which is discovered later since its like pulling teeth before you're provided with paystubs. Got to chase them down for any overtime payment. Even cutting your regular work days so as to avoid paying OT. Further no pay for times worked when relief is (regularly) late.
