u get into comfort zone trap and start spoiling ur career...THE GREAT MANAGEMENT start making u feel that u are a burden for the company...and u feel NOONE in the company.U get ur salary TODAY so just relax..BUT tomorrow u may be thrown out saying u are INCONSISTENT...even after meeting all metrics and SLA's

as above.....so welcome urself by being in the trap.U feel like a NOONE after some time...if u shout they may throw money in ur mouth....and after when they are done they , start looking for a new entertainment.
