I have been working at Allocacoc for nearly two years. * Lots of vacation days * Dental and Medical Insurance * Travel domestically and internationally * No dress code - chill environment * Flexibility on projects you want to work on * Paid courses offline and online to improve skills They were very flexible and accommodating when I told them about leaving the company to pursue my master program and even offer me to reach to them after I finish my education.

Working here has not been easy but it has been very rewarding in terms of how much I learned with the resources I was given. Bear in mind that this is still a growing company and to survive your work has to be translated into money. * Limited budget * Pressure on sales numbers

I became very proactive in my role. I obtained a lot of contacts and attended trade shows + travel to companies. I developed my own understanding of manufacturing distribution.

I did not trust management. My bonus pay and commission never came through. There was a low base pay and no training. I literally read books on B2B retail selling in order to learn. Due to lack of a raise and inability to trust my managers I moved on.
