Cons
Forces her employees to attend a "Cult" Landmark class which was 14 hours a day for 3 days in which she refuses to pay anyone for the time you spend there. This cult "gas lights" you and then demands you to invite 3 people and they must pay $900.00 each to attend. On top of that, I couldn’t finish the classes because I looked them up and the negative reviews revealed these classes as a cult and to stay as far away from them as possible. To make matters worse she was very upset that I didn't finish the classes and ended up firing me because of that. The work environment she creates is very unsettling and she is always crying about this married man she is dating and it just disgusted me. She preaches integrity but has none of her own. She refused my PTO that was stated in the contract I signed and just to be a hateful person she held my last paycheck as long as she could knowing I need that money to help my father who is dying of cancer. She is a hot mess and needs a reality check. Never work for this cold hearted cookie cutter interior designer.
