      Pros

      Young company with opportunity. Can be creative, listen to ideas, can usually work from remote location. Good stock opportunity depending on performance.

      Cons

      Not profitable yet so caught in funding chase. Learning the market so occasional shifts in direction. Original Alliqua group seems to be listened to more and see more opportunity in promotion.
