Amazing Healthcare Company that actually cares for its patients. Room for growth and leaders encourage professional growth. Leaders are supportive, listen to concerns. There are so many built in opportunities and programs within Allina to help support patients that you rarely feel like your hands are tied when trying to assist with insurance or billing concerns.

There are quite a few senior employees in various departments that have been at the company so long it seems as if they do not have to work as hard as others.
