Pros

The office is dog-friendly, and it is actively encouraged to take breaks and holidays. The work environment is really positive and friendly, and often we would have company drinks or socials to support a good work-life balance. When approaching superiors about disabilities and adjustments, they are very understanding and eager to help.

Cons

The pay was not a lot as it was just minimum wage, so my salary would disappear quite fast when paying for rent and other essentials. Further understanding about neurodiverse traits and struggles would have been beneficial.

Pros

I started off as an intern and ended as a senior data analyst, showing how the company helped me grow over time. The culture is very welcoming, accommodating and collaborative. Couldn't have had a better time.

Cons

There are no real cons in my opinion, just that it's quite a self-starter organisation - taking initiative is encouraged.

Pros

AlliedOffsets was one of the most supportive and remote-friendly teams I’ve worked with. Everyone (from interns to leadership) was incredibly approachable and supportive, and the structure made it easy to collaborate across time zones. The team culture is transparent, kind, and driven by a genuine mission to improve the carbon market space. I felt trusted and included from the very beginning and had the chance to do truly meaningful work with an amazing team.

Cons

Honestly not much. It was truly the dream company in the space
