Pros
Lovely office and excellent benefits (pension, health/dental plans are particularly strong and if you're going to be at AWAC a while, its worth getting in on the share scheme). Generally, everyone is very friendly and lovely to work with. Underwriters are always happy to help and explain and will give you time where you ask for it.
Cons
Very limited progression at a junior level - AU positions are very hard to come by due to slow promotion to UW level, and then a real scarcity of AU roles for people in Ops/Claims to apply to. 4 days in the office minimum.
