      Pros

      Great benefits and work life balance. In general a fun company to work for. The people were great.

      Cons

      Micromanagement from senior management. The management team had a hard time making decisions. There is lots of turnover on several teams including underwriting talent and management. The culture was not there.

      Good underwriting teams and discipline Fairfax equity is enticing friendly peers

      Cons

      brutal expectations nasty politics very cliquey management middle management tends push down bullying they get from higher-ups to junior staff
