The following pertains to the Boeing Seattle contract: Discrimination is rampant and encouraged by in site leadership. Duty related suicides are improperly handled. Employees are blamed for the understaffing issues experienced on site. Many employees are beguiled into working overtime despite being tired. Many times employees are told they should work 16 hour shifts with 8 hour turnarounds, as it helps the company. On site leadership practices favoritism when handing out disciplinary actions. Annual performance reviews are a joke: all employees receive the same review despite going above and beyond. Site leadership has repeatedly encouraged employees to quit rather than attempt to resolve work related issues. All employees are paid the same, despite differences in required training and clearances some personnel are required to have to work. Promotions are near non-existent, and rely heavily on favoritism rather than actual work ability. Employees are belittled by site leadership when they have to call off. Ongoing training consists of the same online courses being repeated, rather than practical application training. Work scheduling is based off of favoritism rather than work ability. Super high turnover rate, and zero effort to retain personnel. No ballistic vest or protection is offered for armed guard personnel on site. Equipment is beyond subpar and poorly maintained by on site leadership, despite being notified by employees. Employees are threatened by on site leadership if they want to transfer to a different site.
