Pros
Allied is a dynamic environment where your work is actually recognized and hard work is rewarded. You will wear a number of hats and truly have an impact on the success and growth of the business. There is open access to the executive leadership team and nothing goes unnoticed because of the culture and family-oriented nature of the company. The opportunity to move up the ranks within in the organization is absolutely prevalent, if you're willing to put in the work. If you prefer the status quo, perhaps a less dynamic environment is more suitable for you. Allied is also not a stagnant organization. Constantly improving, being nimble and taking action is what has kept Allied in such a strong place for so long and is simultaneously what is allowing Allied to grow and expand into other markets throughout the US. This is a great place to work and that is not a fluff statement.
Cons
This isn't so much a "con", but as with any organization that is dynamic by nature, there is a level of ambiguity that takes place in certain departments within the company. There is nothing wrong with ambiguity, but I felt it was worth mentioning if you're a very "black and white, cut and dry" type of person.
