1 . probation period with no leaves 2. Little bit of carrot in for 2 months ti get u working hard. 3 then just warnings.these perfomance warnings are given to every one no matter how well u perform. Just so that the director could -" i been telling u since months to improve but u havent. So plz resign. ".. Even if u work hard n face all harrasment they WILL KICK U! Or make u resign Just so that thy can get the next batch of probationary fools/slaves. 4. The name of company changes slightly every now and then. Lot of unlawful things happen there like employee perks like tea etc just on paper fictitious employees . 5 employee PF is deducted but u get it in ages. 6. Developers work for more than possible. 7. Ull get a hike once in 10-15 yrs. 8. no use of experience. Because ull just copy paste every thing even a variable declaration.n ur made too CCP. 9 if u manage to last for 1 yr bearing the harrasment they wont give u a better remark than a damn " ok" n ull end up using ur exp letter as toilet paper. Thers lot more but u guys get the picture we all beared it, some cried while working we regtret it.
