No good things about this role

Cons

CEO is an egotistical arrogant man child who needs anger management classes. Will scream in your face in front of everyone when he had never even interacted with you before. Management tell you not to “take it personally” as he “does this to everyone”. No one should work in an environment where they are on eggshells. Management lie about income and have a “bonus” for you showing up for all shifts in a week but if you miss one day you lose it all. If you call in sick they will fire you or show up to your house to interrogate you. They also lie about job descriptions and do not care about customer satisfaction or helping at all. Main goal is to get customer off the phone and you are taught to hang up if the call takes too long.

This is a good place to work if you like driving

Things seem to be positive with new management and with more corporate support.

Cons

Its still early days and the changes feel like a lot for us existing staff
