Pros
AGA is a great company to work for. I love that my management team allows a flexible work schedule and promotes a positive work-life balance. I utilize my lunch breaks to work out at the office gym and I'm able to work from home if needed. The international environment is what really attracted me to AGA. In fact, they are flying me to Munich, Germany to participate on a global project! I feel that this company offers me opportunities I wouldn't get elsewhere.
Cons
As with any job or company, there are challenges, such as competing priorities and "red tape" when it comes to the global chain of command here. It's tough to manage projects that are impacted by global requirements that do not necessarily fit the local need, but you simply work through these limitations and come up with a solution to work around it.
