Pros
The benefits are quite good, pension contribution, health, car and home insurance, flexi time to start and finish your work, casual clothing, tax saver
Cons
Management is too focused on bringing new business, which is understandable and necessary in one hand, but growing in business means workforce should grow too and be rewarded for the contribution to the company, currently they are understaffed and this is only bringing on stress to the current employees. Because of the current lack of agents, depending on the languages you speak and product speciality, you will be shuffled from team to team like a piece of chess. Also if you apply for a position and you are being questioned on your life choices is almost insulting and very disheartening
