Relationships with co-workers. Other than that, none.
Cons
Extremely unorganized. They are more interested in putting a body in a chair. Turnover is extremely high and there is a lack of quality in the hiring process. Management style is reactive and micro; however, none it matters because those put in position to “manage” are chosen based on friendships/like ability. The company treats their bottom line employees poorly. They expect so much from them while sitting back and doing the least. Taking suggestions? Basically I’m doing your job as a manager if you are still needing suggestions after being there for years. The only reason morale is t totally in the dumps is because we have each other to vent to about how unorganized the place is.
