Pros
It's a big international company, and it knows it - makes good use of knowledge/experience sharing among all of its international OE's, which makes the internal support quite strong. For employees it's also very interesting to often get chances to visit other OE's and learn from each other. Also work/life balance is quite good, a lot of freedom to plan your own hours.
Cons
Allianz puts in a lot of effort to get the right people, but really neglect the good employees it already has in place, mainly in the sense of salary. And in the process of selecting the right candidates, Allianz tends to skip capability testing and believing all that's in the CV. This resulted in us working with sometimes completely incapable people, who get a 50% higher pay just because they came in through headhunters. Ridiculous.
