Not much at the end.

Low pay for the amount of stress they pile on. Constantly boast about how much money they make year over year - yet my pay would only increase by a few bucks a paycheck. They allow sexual harassment. Reporting it was insanely hard and embarrassing but they treated it like i was joking. They kept adding responsibility with little to no support from leadership. I didn’t even get an acknowledgment of my four year anniversary- no email even saying “thanks”. 0/10 - do not recommend.
