Great company - Mechanical Designer Alliant Systems Employee Review

Good culture, flat organization, lots of flexibility and plenty of interesting work. Interpersonal relationships between departments and even between president/vice presidents and lower level staff members are all very positive. Plenty of cool and interesting people to chat with.

Could be more "large" projects. There aren't many, "company wide" meetings - so overall communications about operations, etc. could be better.

Worked with some great people.

Incredibly poor leadership in the service department.
