People are generally kind, smart, and very ambitious. It's an opportunity to learn a lot if you're willing to push through.
Cons
High pressure, very competitive, unclear metrics, micromanagement, high turnover for associates (feels constantly understaffed). They overwork the associates until they either burnout or leave. The tech/systems are old, outdated and clunky (other firms have better systems)
