      Pros

      Good pay, nice people. This place works if all you want to be is low-level grunt. If you want to be a manager you must be hired as one to begin with.

      Cons

      Management is completely oblivious to innovation. Even if you have a good idea that will save the company money, they wont listen.

      AB is a solid mid-sized company with a really good work-life balance. The culture is friendly and supportive.

      Cons

      Compensation is relatively lower compared to larger firms, especially big tech or larger financial institutions.
