The structure creates major issues for Assistants. They squeeze you for the most possible productivity, but give you no recourse to say this workload is compromising my ability to do my job. Managers are hit or miss - my hiring manager was great, but she moved to another state and my replacement manager was a nightmare. I was told it was a stepping stone position, but was later told there was no opportunity to advance. No 401k match for the little guys, and no bonus. Left quickly.
