      Reasonable compensation, nice cafeteria, nice office location and views

      Cons

      It's a swamp. Everything is decided by politics. Team managers are concentrated exclusively on building their empires. The way to get promoted is to sit quietly doing nothing and not contradicting anyone

      AB is a solid mid-sized company with a really good work-life balance. The culture is friendly and supportive.

      Compensation is relatively lower compared to larger firms, especially big tech or larger financial institutions.
