Fun employment, helping customers book hotel accommodations around the world. Company felt like a family.

Cons

In 2008 there was not alot of growth opportunities within the company as it was a small private company at that time.

Pros

Great work environment! There is a strong feeling of teamwork and cooperation in this company. Manager and CEO always treats us with respect and are always trying to make the work environment more fun. Manager and CEO always makes us feel included, and our voices are always taken into consideration.

Cons

Lacking sufficient workers! In order to provide an exceptional experience to each individual guest/customer, the company needs more employees to work around the clock in order to provide a more efficient and adequate result in terms of customer service.
