      Substandard salaries, sketchy practices, company is being investigated for fraud, got me in trouble with immigration really bad!

      Pros

      You can networking pretty good here since they don't have actual projects. You'll spend must of your time hunting for real projects.

      Cons

      When you start the payment is lower than the minimum. Even if you get a project, the final assignment decision will be done by the CEO, not by you. No benefits until you have a project.
