A few friendly colleagues but a hostile workplace overall.

Whatever the company’s trying to look from the outside, it’s fake! Management’s is hostile and mostly everyone is! Employees get fired without due process and fair warning. You’ll either see people crying or stunned from the surprise that they won’t have a job to come back to tomorrow.
