Work anywhere else but here: -turn over is high for a reason the environment is very toxic - new employees get treated very poorly you will hate it here please reconsider. - Blame culture ! - Blatant favouritism and unequal work load between staff - Benefits after 6 long months ! - There is a complete lack of communication between management and employees and blame will be placed on you because of their misdirection and poor training. - This organization is money hungry they don’t care about the employees or patients for that matter only about the profit. - Workload is ridiculous at times expected to wear many hats and for the amount of pay it’s not worth it.

Very poor management Disrespectful team members No basic information regarding benefits, sick days policy Most of the seniors are jealous and insecure of new employees Very less salary in comparison to workload No recognition/appreciation of hard work Very biased environment Different rules for the members of the same team Management gives completely made up excuses to delay promotion Promotion to only those who are favourites of management Seniors and management often make fun of others inappropriately Extremely unprofessional work environment
