      Good views from the office Some career development if prepared to not raise questions and be a bit sycophantic

      Cons

      Highly disruptive internal politics. Support and growth dependent on tenure and time in the seat rather than calibre. HR are beyond futile, and only make situations worse where they could genuinely play a role to improve the workplace, reduce bullying and help retain great staff.

      Plenty of work to do without being bored

      Cons

      Ownership constantly made irrational emotional decisions not based upon sound logic or economics. Kept people around that had been with the company for years just because they had been there for years. Constantly did the same thing over and over again even though those things never worked out the 100 times that they tried them before.
