If you just want to work somewhere for a paycheck then you're the perfect match for this place. People stay working here for the money even though they're miserable. Easy job, no expectations, no sales goals, no real management style, you can do what you want all day because all managers won't delegate or continue training. Great customers from all over the world to help.
Cons
No career development. No continuing education or career development. No team building activities. Management has no idea how to train and run a sales team. Management is passive aggressive and will yell at employees right on the sales floor and in front of customers. Hostile and stressful management to work around. No checks and balances. Feels like a circus most days. 40 min lunches. No other breaks. Have to stand for over 8 hours a day. No lunches on Sunday. No company culture. Only emphasis and concern is on making money. Way too much inventory coming in and not enough going out.
