Pros

Ok for absolute, freshly certified beginners overall vibes around the team are great

Cons

low pay old technologies far from hi-tech, toxic customers primarily service focused worked, not enough technical hands-on tasks the scope responsibilities is very narrow, which makes finishing some simple tasks without having to escalate impossible, essentially forcing you to be dependant on the seniors all the time management does everything to keep you from getting any promotions in order to maintain manpower at the lower tiers, where most of the work is
