Pros
Great values, beautiful communities and many fabulous long-term employees. Community salaries across the board seem mid-range in most locations.
Cons
Serious growing pains as company expands. Recent upper management shuffle was not adequately planned and has been traumatic to many. Some now in charge do not know the business line at all. President/Director of Operations has terrible people skills.
