      Pros

      The people at Allegra are the best I've ever worked with, very passionate, very committed to great causes, very friendly. Being part of the team felt like being part of a family. I truly recommend it, if you're passionate about making a change in the world. It is a very inclusive and diverse environment, everyone is welcomed and treated fairly and equally, which has been a great highlight of my time there.

      Cons

      It could use a little bit more structure it terms of management but it is a place with character and it's good to keep an open mind.

      Pros

      Passionate and friendly co-workers, people were always willing to help, great learning experience, lots of freedom in tasks, good interactions with the CEO Jeffrey, and overall a great working environment.

      Cons

      The project I was working on was disorganized in the past so at times I had to play catch up and try to resolve previous mistakes.
