Pros
A small few that truly demonstrates teamwork. And this is to assist colleagues with there responsibilites due to lack of proper training by leadership
Cons
Lack of organization, training, pay and the list goes on. In addition they are very misleading during the interview process. Work overload, low pay for the responsibilities, extremely high turn over. Bad accounting practices; do not properly bill clients and no good backup documentaion to figure out the issues. You walk in cleaning up other peoples bad accounts
