Flexible. Great team always willing to help support or troubleshoot. Unlimited PTO means you don't need a sick day for appointments. Semi-regular opportunities to travel and no obligation if you don't want to. Highly highly detail driven work that is deeply industry-specific. Cannot speak highly enough of other coworkers--truly everyone I've met at this company has been a gem. The corporate values are not just lip-service here.

Promotion cycle is very slow and vertical career growth opportunities directly within roles are pretty limited--if you're looking for a career launching pad this could potentially be it but you'll need to be willing launch into other roles that are not directly related to what you get hired as.
