      Pros

      The people you work with are GREAT! Arria Hines the CEO is really passionate about the company which is empowering to see. Management works with you to train you on things you may not be familiar with that make the company run. Being able to work from home is also a huge PRO

      Cons

      I can't say I've personally run into a CON yet. My time here at the company has been great!

      Pros

      I have worked for Allegheny Science & Technology (AST) for 7 years. I have found management to be fair and supportive and salaries to be competitive. I have been happy with the health benefits, too.

      Cons

      As with working for any federal government contractor, there is some stress involved when it comes time for contract rebid.
