Pros
My experience was overall a good one while I worked here, however there was much restructuring of management and staff, which was a little unsettling. Promotion from within was common. Benefits were excellent and salary was higher than average for a nonprofit.
Cons
Very top-down structure - too many managers and not enough staff to implement.
