Pros
Consistent leads with interested homeowners. Didn't have to door knock, just made calls and zoom meetings from the office. No strict sales requirements but plenty of opportunity to make money.
Cons
Not the best management. Sometimes the work felt tedious. They tell you to stick to the sales script but you get more sales if you do it your own ways.
