Pros

Some really nice people and learned alot.

Cons

Where to start after my head still spinning from a month of pure unhappiness. My review is very much like the others, except for the one directly before mine. Micro managing to a point of feeling like you were in Kindergarten. You'd feel guilty to even take a break so I never took one. " Supervisors or Lead Technicians" were not trained so the training was hardly nothing. You were thrown in and expected to just know. New employees treated poorly and much blame and pressure put on the new employees. But then again, everyone was new. If you were there 3 months, that was considered being there a long time. Very strict environment with the supervisor faking it until they make it to try to make things look good to the higher ups and owners. Dress code and other rules not by any Professional Book but handmade by young supervisors who only were supervisors because they had been with company for a longer duration. My mistake was not running first week. But I tried to do the " right thing" and work it out somehow. I will not get into what happened when I resigned because I'm still trying to process that myself. Much like a previous recent review here is My advice as well, if you're unhappy, don't sit and take it. Walk or Run as soon as you can.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to learn that your experience with us was less than positive. We have worked hard over the past 6 months to make changes in our management and work culture that we believe address your comments. These initiatives include opening up communication from management downwards, and creating new training programs that make sure our employees are prepared and feel confident in taking on their roles.

Pros

The work was easy. They have a few different titles for it now but a Care Manager/Reimbursement Specialist/Claims Processor are all inbound call positions. Back-to-back inbound call positions. But the work was easy.

Cons

I held a contract position with a constant promise of full-time employment. The contract was supposed to be for 3 months then my performance would be evaluated to determine if I met the requirement for a full-time employee. I consistently exceeded every performance review and was told I would be brought on. That never happened. I started in 07/2022, after 3 months I did notice some of my hiring class where no longer online. Then another 3 months went by, and I was told to standby and keep coming to work they will handle the transition from contract to full-time in the background. But again nothing ever happened. This went on until 05/2023 and they let me go. They told me my contract had expired as a lot of other people and they will be sending me a return shipping box. I was so confused because I had turned down actual full-time positions from other companies with the promise of full-time employment with them. I went unemployed for 3 months but when I started working again they called me asking if I would be available to come back, I said yes. Started back 09/2023 and quit 12/2023. It's not right how these companies dangle full-time employment and benefits over contract employees. The employee is expected to keep their word, these companies should too. Now I know with a contract position there are a lot of moving parts but if there was no guarantee of full-time employment, then why offer it? Morally and ethically it's just not right and I would not go back to work for this company full-time or otherwise. Also, because I was contract there was no PTO, no benefits and no opportunity to move up. I did not like this at all.
